Maybe you’re just starting your career as a healthcare professional, or maybe you’re looking to take the next step. Either way, we have a place for you.

As an entry-level EMT, you can expect to make $14.75/hour, while paramedics can make, on average, more than $20/hour, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(k) program with company match, health, dental, eye coverage, as well as company HSA contribution.

  • Sign-on bonus for EMT – $2,500
  • Sign-on bonus for PM – $10,000
  • Yearly retention bonus based on regular and overtime hours worked
  • Bridge up bonus of $10,000 from EMT to PM
  • Referral bonuses for current employees
